The Visione helmet lets you interact with memory fragments and learn new information from them. Screenshot by Destructoid By doing so, you will have entered the memory fragment and will be able to watch the memory unfold, providing you with extra context or information and allowing you to see Pywel from another's perspective, even if it doesn't end up giving you the extra knowledge necessary to complete a quest.

Memory fragments can be found just about anywhere in the world, though I've most often come across them in areas that experienced some strong emotions, such as grave sites, burned buildings, the St. Halssius House of Healing, and so on.
