[STEAM] I thought I’d give the original Slay the Spire a quick look and now I’m a convert for life

I really wanted to love the Defect, but I just don't know how to play him effectively. Image via Mega Crit Games I'm yet to beat that boss, though, but after five hours in the game, I genuinely cannot believe how fun and addictive it actually is. I knew I was going to get stuck in because roguelikes are my jam, but never could I have predicted it would kick in as soon as I first laid my hands upon it.

With Slay the Spire 2 out now, I'm inclined to try that one as well. Now, I won't prejudicate and will offer all my available time and effort to clear Slay the Spire 1 at least once before moving on to the sequel. There's a lot to play, unlock, and do in the original title that I think I'm set for a good while before I run out of fun to have.

What an incredible game this is, and it really opened my eyes up to
