Image via Embark Once the harder tasks are done, you have to hunt down two spotters. They can be found on Main Street and in other spots on the map. Salvage their remains to find the Spotter Relay, and bring it back to Speranza. Once you successfully extract the items, deliver one Relay to Shani to complete the quest.
