UPDATE Forum Update – Faster Speeds, Better Access, Improved Language Su

Just finished rolling out a few important updates to the forum. Here’s what changed:

Forum Software Upgraded
The forum backend has been upgraded to the latest stable version. This brings better security, improved performance, and compatibility with newer browsers and devices. Some older bugs like cache poisoning in search and cross-origin-opener-policy header for security issue should now be gone.

Server Connection Upgraded
The forum now runs on a dedicated 1Gbps up/down connection. This upgrade improves overall performance, reduces loading times, and should handle higher traffic without slowdowns. Browsing, posting, and accessing content will feel much snappier, especially during busy hours.

SSL and URL Path Fixed (No More www.)
The SSL configuration has been cleaned up and all links now consistently redirect to the non-www. version of the domain using a proper 301 permanent redirect. This helps avoid duplicate content issues, ensures proper SSL validation, and simplifies the URL structure. If you had old bookmarks with www., they’ll now forward correctly to the updated version.

Romanian Language Updated
The Romanian language pack has been revised and improved. Outdated translations have been replaced, typos corrected, and several areas across the interface now use clearer and more natural phrasing. If you use the forum in Romanian, you should notice a more polished experience.
