Grimguard Tactics, the dark fantasy tactical RPG, is getting its first major update and a new character to boot! Set to debut later today, the Acolyte will bring a new playstyle, and come alongside a host of other content. To start, let’s dig into the Acolyte themselves and what you can expect from this new class. Wielding a hand scythe, the Acolyte uses the blood of their enemies to heal or control them. You’ll be able to jump into a brand new event and walk the path of the Acolyte as you delve into an exclusive dungeon and complete special missions with equally interesting items in the shop.

Next up, there’s a brand new Trinket system that will raise your heroes’ power and let them utilise different strategies in encounters. You can craft these at the Forge with different materials to help enhance your roster.
