Man arrested after double ********* in Stockton leaves 30-year-old *****, 18-year-old injured

A ********* suspect connected to a ********* that occurred earlier this month was captured Tuesday by members of a U.S. Marshals Task Force, the Stockton Police Department reported.

De’Arius Wilson, 22, was arrested on suspicion of *******, attempted *******, carrying a loaded firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a controlled substance while armed.

He was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail at 11:36 p.m. Tuesday, jail records show.

Wilson is believed to be involved with the ******** of Richard Guerrero III, 30, of Stockton.

. They were both taken to a local hospital for treatment. The teen was treated for a non-life-threatening injury and released from the hospital, but Guerrero ***** of his injuries, according to police.

Wilson is being held without bail. He is scheduled to appear in San Joaquin County Superior Court for arraignment at 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 2.
