yes I agree on the power level of Steam Deck when attempting to play demanding games.

I bought steam deck back in 2022 to play all games from Xbox/Sony side as well as more demanding games to complement Switch OLED.

However it soon became evident that many current gen games can not be adequately played on it (Alan Wake 2, Baldurs Gate 3, Starfield, Calisto Protocol to name but a few).

Therefore I am in a position where I need a more powerful system (I only game on handhelds these days) which is why I was considering Rog Ally X .

I think Valve is smart to wait for a power yet energy efficient boost since their competitors have much worse battery life (Rog Ally X excluded due to improved battery featured).

We need a logical power upgrade with sustainable battery life.
