Last year in April, Bennett showed up at her parent’s Albuquerque home and said her baby was *****. An autopsy found ***** in the baby’s system. Witnesses told police Bennett was a ***** user and breastfed the infant. Six days earlier, Bennett led Albuquerque police on a chase, running red lights, and driving the wrong way down roads with the four-month-old in her lap.

Judge Stanley Whitaker sentenced Bennett to ten years behind bars.
