Developers to cough up infrastructure cash under scheme

Housing developers will have to chip in cash to build Victorian public schools, hospitals and transport under an incoming statewide scheme.

With her government’s third housing policy announcement in as many days, Premier Jacinta Allan has flagged a pilot infrastructure contribution program.
