A $500,000 reward has been offered for information about the unresolved ****** of a woman whose body was found floating in a remote dam west of Sydney over four years ago.

Cecilia ****** Miska Devine was last seen getting directions at a hotel in Katoomba in the Blue Mountains on September 6, 2018 before withdrawing $700 from an ATM and making purchases at Coles and Rivers Clothing Store.
