The ****** victims of one of the State’s most depraved paedophiles are celebrating after his bid for freedom was denied by the WA Prisoners Review board on Monday.

Dennis John McKenna was the hostel warden at the Katanning Residential College — known as St Andrews Hostel — in the 1970s and 80s.
