Starting the day with a smile and refreshing dip, 22 Hedland locals took a sunrise plunge at Pretty Pool on Sunday as part of a mental wellbeing fundraiser.

It was all part of the Cold Nips *********** Tour, which aims to conduct 100 sunrise dips in 100 days with thousands of other water lovers to raise $1 million for mental health.
