A “deeply psychologically troubled” former constable has admitted to grooming a 15-year-old girl for **** when he showered her in compliments and sent her money in return for ***** photos.

Nicholas Filmer faced the NSW District Court on Friday after pleading guilty to using a carriage service to groom someone under 16 years old for ****, using a carriage service to solicit child **** ****** material, and two counts of using carriage service to transmit child ****** material to self.
