The WA Liberals have questioned why the Government is only now unlocking ‘lazy land’ for social and affordable housing, but the opposition party is still yet to announce a single policy on the hot-button issue months out from the State election.

Premier Roger Cook was in Canning Vale on Wednesday announcing his Government had lodged a development application for housing on unused or lazy land it owns near the Nicholson Road Metronet Station.
