TEQSA launches legal action against US homework help site Chegg, alleging it helped students cheat

Australia’s higher education watchdog has, for the first time, launched legal action against a US-based study help website over allegations it aided students to cheat.

The Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency revealed on Tuesday it had commenced legal proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia against Chegg Inc.
