Tourism Minister Rita Saffioti wants high-end hotel that appeals to tourists from China and India

Perth needs a new high-end hotel, Tourism Minister Rita Saffioti declared on opening the World Travel and Tourism Council’s global summit.

Speaking at a press conference of almost 100 international journalists in Perth on Tuesday, Ms Saffioti said the city’s high hotel occupancy had led to her calls for more accommodation options.
