Saturday Lotto: Lucky West Aussie wins big in Lotto

A West *********** punter has won in Saturday Lotto’s division one prize pool.

The local was one of 13 players Australia wide who lucked out in the top division — set to pocket a hefty prize of more than $400,000.

The winning numbers for the weekend draw are 13, 30, 18, 24, 27 and 15, while the supplementary numbers are 41 and 26.

The exciting news comes after a Mandurah man received a fright thinking he had done something wrong last week when he was taken into the back room of his local newsagency.

He then had the surprise of a lifetime when he was discreetly told he had won a division one prize in the Saturday Lotto.

The man, in his 50s, was taken on a rollecoaster ride of emotions when he realised he was $518,364 richer.

“I went from thinking ‘oh no what have I done’ to absolute joy,” the man said.

“I never win anything, but this news now opens up so many doors.

“A new car, hey even a new haircut.”

The ticket was one of two division one wins from last weekend and was the second division one prize in the space of a week for Mandurah’s Nextra Forum West Newsagency.
