Pressure to have perfect teeth is resulting in Western Australians spending large sums of money on unnecessary cosmetic dental procedures, according to a Perth dentist.

Restorative dentist Justina Teo told The West *********** she had noticed more patients enquiring about extreme teeth reshaping procedures including creating longer, more pronounced, canine teeth in the hope they create a more “assertive, dominant appearance”.
