Telstra has taken the undesirable mantle as the most-complained-about telco in the country, new data has revealed, with Western Australians frustrated by delays in getting problems fixed or having them ignored entirely.

Annual statistics from the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman found that while the volume of complaints for 2023-2024 of 56,718, was down 14.6 per cent on the previous year, customers were still broadly frustrated with their telco providers.
