Former Indiana sheriff Jamey Noel has admitted to a staggering list of ******* fueled by his gluttony and greed, authorities say. Noel acknowledges stealing at least $5 million in public funds from the Clark County jail and a nonprofit ***** agency he founded. He also was a powerful state and county GOP leader.
