A run-down CSIRO site in Perth’s western suburbs is expected to transform into a cutting-edge biomedical research and industry precinct under new plan.

Government, CSIRO and University of WA representatives gathered at the 10ha Floreat site on Friday to sign a Memorandum of Understanding to develop the site into a hub to link industry, academia, training and research.
