Now that ***** Rising Deluxe Remaster is out in the world, thousands of people are enjoying the game on PC, with enhanced quality-of-life features, better graphics, and just a lot of zombie-******** fun. But there’s a question on everyone’s minds. Does ***** Rising Deluxe Remaster include Denuvo? Well, here’s your answer!

Is Denuvo in ***** Rising Deluxe Remaster?

Unfortunately, ***** Rising Deluxe Remaster does include Denuvo. The third-party DRM service is packaged with the game on day one, so the moment you download your copy from, say, Steam, it automatically comes with Denuvo pre-packaged.

Now, that’s going to rub a lot of people the wrong way. Very few people these days like Denuvo, if any because I can’t think of anyone who enjoys DRM. It’s known for causing severe issues with game performance.

Does Denuvo Reduce Performance in ***** Rising Deluxe Remaster?

Many people playing the PC version of ***** Rising Deluxe Remaster report numerous performance issues with the game, and they attribute the problem to Denuvo. There are reports on the Steam forums of crashes, blue screens of ******, frame drops inside the mall, and general performance woes that shouldn’t affect the game even on day one.

Of course, whether or not Denuvo causes such issues ******** to be seen, but it’s highly likely, considering the DRM often affects performance.

Well, it certainly happens. Capcom made headlines last year for removing Denuvo from Resident Evil Village. Whether they’ll remove it from ***** Rising Deluxe Remaster ******** to be seen, but it won’t happen anytime soon, that’s for sure. When they removed the DRM from Village, it was years after release. I suspect we’ll see DRDR receive the same treatment down the line, but like, way down the line.
