Burswood Point: Work starts on Golden Sedayu’s multi-tower ‘biggest housing project Perth has seen’

Work has begun on the Burswood Point multi-tower development, in what has been dubbed the “biggest housing project Perth has ever seen”.

The $3.8 billion project by Golden Sedayu will see 4500 dwellings, hotels, restaurants and retail stores built between the Swan River and Belmont Racecourse, transforming what has been a long-neglected part of Perth.
