The game offers players various modes to play in, but the most popular seems to be Operations, where three players team up to defeat a horde of enemies and complete the objective. In this mode, players get to choose from six different classes, each offering a different playstyle and role within the team. It seems that of all the classes, ******* Class is getting the worst reviews from the players due to its seemingly unattractive gameplay and ******* choices. However, that’s not the case, as this class requires players to build a proper loadout and also play to the class’ strength as a long-distance support. Understanding the ******* Class in Space Marine 2 data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///ywAAAAAAQABAAACAUwAOw==Players misunderstand the role of the ******* Class in the game. | Image credit: Saber Interactive Space Marine 2‘s ******* Class is very distinct from the other five classes, primarily due to its main ability: Camo-cloak. This ability allows Snipers to disengage from direct combat (it works like an invisible cloak), making it easy to reposition themselves and set up ambushes on unsuspecting foes looking to target their teammates. While at first glance, it may seem that Snipers have a limited role and weapons array, the beauty of their gameplay ***** in the support they provide by dealing damage from a distance and enabling their teammates to go berserk on the battlefield. Unlike other classes, the ******* is focused on their primary ******* and perks to deal great damage and gain advantage on the battlefield. If players decide to pick ******* Class, they will start with a larger caliber primary ******* of their choice, a *******, and a combat ******. The selection of the primary weapons depends on the player’s playstyle (aggressive or passive). If they want to be more agile and engage in somewhat closer fights, the best options early in the game would be these ******* rifles: Bolt Carbine or Stalker Bolt Rifle. But as they level up and gain better perks (in the endgame content), the best options would be Las Fusil and Bolt ******* Rifle. As for the combat ****** and the secondary *******, they are very useful as well, proving their worth when enemies spawn behind the player and they have to defend as well as reposition themselves while also engaging with them. In most endgame builds, besides the primary *******, the main focus is on the combat ****** damage and versatility. Unlocking the Full Potential of the ******* Class data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///ywAAAAAAQABAAACAUwAOw==Snipers have a wide array of choices for their primary weapons. | Image credit: Saber Interactive To fully unlock the potential of ******* Class in Space Marine 2, players first have to make their loadouts. For the early-mid game, the best loadout would be: Primary *******: Stalker Bolt Rifle (with Long Shot and Survival Instinct perks) Secondary *******: Bolt ******* (with Great Might and Iron Grip perks) Melee *******: Combat ****** (with Perpetual Strength and Kinetic Energy perks) This build helps players learn more about the class and also deal decent damage. As players can see, all the perks are focused on increasing damage, as in the early-mid game, DPS is the most important requirement to survive. Now, for the mid-end game build, go for the following loadout: Primary *******: Las Fusil (with increased capacity, amplification, and perpetual velocity perks) Secondary *******: Bolt ******* (with extended magazine, Great Might, and elite hunter perks) Melee *******: Combat ****** (with shoulder bash, the tide of battle, and Perpetual Strength perks) Players can replace Las Fusil with Bolt ******* Rifle if they want to (both are great weapons, just depends on preference). At first glance, players might only see the change in Primary weapons, but the real change is in the perks. The above list only highlighted the important perks, but there are loads of others that players can enable when they reach endgame. As explained before, this class is all about perks and if selected correctly, it has the power to change the tide of the battlefield. Key Strategies for Playing the ******* Class data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///ywAAAAAAQABAAACAUwAOw==It is always important for players to be aware of their surroundings, especially for the Snipers. | Image credit: Saber Interactive Now that players understand what the ******* Class is all about and how to build their loadouts, they cannot jump into the battlefield hastily. The difficulty in the game gradually increases as players progress in the story as well as in their levels. The most important thing to remember when scouting from a distance is to always be aware of your surroundings. Some enemies, like Lictors, like to prioritize isolated targets and can spawn behind the player, especially if they are not utilizing their Cloak effectively. Another thing to remember would be to effectively use the laser sights (it has a generous hitbox to take advantage of) and the larger caliber *******’s ability to stagger enemies (after staggering, change target and leave the staggered ****** for your teammate to handle), effectively distributing the workload. With the right approach and tactical loadouts, players can dominate the battlefield and support their team effectively with the ******* Class, making it far from the worst class available in the game. In the end, every class’ success on the battlefield depends on the player’s ability to adapt and utilize their skills in the battle effectively. What is your favorite Class in the game?
