WA prospector Tim Goyder sends gold play Metal Hawk soaring

The backing of WA rich lister Tim Goyder has sent the share price of a tiddler soaring more than 70 per cent after bumping up his stake in the company to just over 5.4 per cent.

An initial substantial holder notice filed with the ASX on Wednesday revealed Lotaka Pty Ltd, of which Mr Goyder is a director, had amassed just over 5.47 million shares in gold and base metals hunter Metal Hawk.
