The first details on the next Battlefield game have officially been confirmed, but when will it be released? The head honcho of the Battlefield franchise, Vince Zempella, recently confirmed some key details on the upcoming Battlefield game in an interview with IGN. The details, which were already reported on by Insider Gaming, include returning to 64-player matches, a modern era, and the return of the classic class-based system. As for when the next Battlefield game will be released, unfortunately, Zempella did not ***** into those details. However, IGN reports that the Battlefield franchise is seemingly “ramping up” for for a 2025 release. It’s a date that Insider Gaming also reported this year that the next Battlefield game will be released in 2025.
