Swans back decision to hide Molloy knee injury in AFLW

Sydney coach Scott Gowans has defended hiding the extent of Chloe Molloy’s knee injury from the rest of the AFLW team.

Molloy was a late withdrawal from their St Kilda clash with what was initially described by the club as “knee soreness” before club officials confirmed she had ruptured her anterior cruciate ligament.
