A video showing former SA opposition leader David Speirs snorting a substance from a plate should be reported to “the appropriate authorities” if it is a deepfake, ******** leader Vincent Tarzia says.

Mr Speirs, who quit the leadership a month ago, denies he’s the person in a video and a picture published by News Corp.
