FRAMINGHAM — A local man who was found not guilty of ******* last year now faces several ****-related charges.

Aneudy Delgado-Torres, of Framingham, was arrested during the early morning hours of Sept. 2. Framingham Police Lt. Rachel Mickens told the Daily News that Delgado-Torres was stopped by police after they received reports of him brandishing a firearm.

Delgado-Torres is charged with four firearms-related felonies: carrying a large-capacity firearm; carrying a loaded firearm without a license; possessing a large-capacity ammunition feeding device; and a second offense of carrying a firearm without a license.

Besides the four felony charges, Delgado-Torres is charged with possessing ammunition without a firearms license; resisting arrest; and walking or riding on railroad tracks — the incident occurred on Waverly Street in the vicinity of the Commuter Rail tracks.

Delgado-Torres previously faced ******* charges stemming from the January 2020 ********* deaths of James “Manny” Wade, 45, and his son, James Wade, 24.

Authorities had alleged the Wades went to a parking lot near ******* Terrace Circle and Second Street, the site of a dispute between two ***** gangs, in January 2020.

When the Wades arrived, someone opened ***** with a ****. Manny Wade was shot 19 times in his heart, lungs and liver. He was taken to MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, where he *****.

The younger Wade was shot twice in the leg as well as once in his back. The bullet entered his back, traveled up through his neck and exited his *****, authorities said. He was declared ***** at the scene.

After two days of deliberations, a jury found Delgado-Torres not guilty last November.

Delgado-Torres is due back in court on Sept. 9 for a dangerousness hearing.
