AFLW: West Coast Eagles captain Emma Swanson could play across half-back on return to the side

West Coast could unleash captain Emma Swanson in a new role across half-back in Saturday’s clash with Essendon as their revamped midfield chase back-to-back wins for the first time ever.

Swanson, who will return from injury for her first game of the season at Mineral Resources Park, was shifted out of the midfield for the club’s practice matches last month.
