A young boy has been flown to Perth with serious injuries after an incident involving a car trailer around 80km north of Perth.

The Department of ***** and Emergency Services were called to the scene of the incident in Gingin, in the vicinity of Strathalbyn Way, just after 4.30pm on Tuesday.
