Construction begins on $430m Fremantle Traffic Bridge project

State and Federal Governments are confident the $430 million Fremantle Traffic bridge can be delivered within budget by 2026 despite constraints across the construction sector.

Federal Minister for Infrastructure and Transport Catherine King visited the site on Tuesday to announce the start of works, where she was flanked by Fremantle Labor MPs Josh Wilson, Simone McGurk and Bicton MLA Lisa O’Malley.
