A ****** on Mitchell Freeway southbound before Scarborough Beach Road, Osborne Park has caused severe traffic.

Commuters are stuck in a traffic jam and cars backed up to Hutton Street as the road has been reduced to two lanes.

Motorists are out of their vehicles, approach with caution.
