Footage captured by Scott Stevenson shows hot air balloons in Memorial Park on Sunday morning and Sunday evening.

“This is actually called the balloon glow,” Stevenson told Storyful. “They do it in the evening. They don’t take off or anything. They just blast their furnace to light up the balloons,” he added.

Around 70 balloons took flight on Saturday and Sunday, with more expected on Monday, local media
