WBBL draft: Perth Scorchers bring English keeper-batter Amy Jones back to the club

Perth Scorchers have brought batter Amy Jones back to the club with their first pick in the WBBL overseas player draft, but have turned their back on another English star.

Jones, who returned the Scorchers last season for her second stint in Perth and also represented Western Australia, fills the club’s need for a middle-order batter and could pave the way for captain Sophie Devine to open the batting.
