for Warhammer 40:000: Space Marine 2 on Thursday, and with it came a reveal that the game will support up to 4K resolution on console.

According to the studio, Space Marine 2 will have both a Performance Mode and Quality Mode on the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 (PS5). With Performance Mode, the game can run up to 60 frames per second (FPS) at 1080p resolution. When set to Quality Mode, Space Marine 2 will run at 4K resolution at 30 FPS.

Should you want to play the game on the Xbox Series S, there will be some differences. The game won’t have a Performance Mode on the console; Quality Mode will have a 1440p resolution at 30 FPS.

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 launches for Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC on September 9.
