Synergy direct debit error impacts thousands of West *********** households

Thousands of WA households are using their entire $350 power credit to cover electricity bills they thought they had already paid.

The technical problem was revealed in Parliament, when, under questioning from Opposition Leader Shane Love, Premier Roger Cook admitted more than 15,500 Synergy customers had not been direct debited for their May and June power bills.
