‘Absolutely not’: Chris Ellison rejects suggestions of a women problem at Mineral Resources

Chris Ellison is adamant his flagship company does not have an issue with women, citing new resort-style villages Mineral Resources is building in the Pilbara “specifically designed” to help diversify its workforce.

MinRes’ nine-person board of directors includes five women, but the company has drawn criticism for its seven executives all being men, as well as allegations of misconduct by a senior male employee who has since left the business.
