Daniel Kenneth Holben re-granted bail despite breach allegations in the South West

A 38-year-old Busselton man has been re-granted bail despite numerous breach allegations after a magistrate was satisfied he had “exceptional circumstances”.

Daniel Kenneth Holben appeared in Bunbury Magistrates Court on August 22 after being charged with 12 counts of breaching a family ********* restraining order and 12 counts of breaching protective bail conditions, which are alleged to have occurred between August 8 and 20.
