The firmware app for DualSense on PC has got a full upgrade and UI overhaul with the new PlayStation Accessories app. This was previously known as the “Firmware updater for DualSense wireless controller.” The app is now available on Windows 10 and Windows 11.

The app allows players to fully customize the Dualsense Edge controller‘s button layouts, trigger sensitivity, and more, directly on the PC. As per Sony, the new app brings “significant improvements to the overall design and user experience.”

The app is free to download and requires 250 MB or more storage space. The PC should also have a display resolution of 1280 by 800. This app will act as the command center for the Edge. Players can now create, edit, and switch between controller profiles on PC, exactly how they do on their PlayStation 5.

This is perfect for those looking for a PS5 experience on PC. Although the firmware update has been released for both Dualsense and Dualsense Edge controllers, but customization is only available on the Edge controller and players can only update the firmware of the Dualsense controller.

The stick sensitivity can also be adjusted, by changing the analog sticks and trigger sensitivity. There are also settings for stick ***** zones, trigger ***** zone customization, and adjust intensity for vibration and trigger effects.
