Two ******** fishermen jailed following Kuri Bay interception of four ******** vessels

Two Indonesian fishermen detained by the *********** border force for ******** fishing off the Kimberley’s Kuri Bay have been jailed while 18 others have been convicted for ******** fishing after hearings in Darwin’s Magistrates’ Court.

Four vessels were intercepted and apprehended by the *********** border on August 6 after local fishing tour operator Peter Tucker alerted and guided authorities to the boats that were hiding in Kuri Bay – nearly 400 km north west of Broome.
