The fast-paced, deep combat mechanics, varied weapons, brutal lore, and grandiose orchestral music make it such a fine package. Bloodborne should not be overlooked because of its age. As far as FromSoftware’s titles go, I think this is their finest work, and it goes hand in hand with Elden Ring as one of the best introductions to the Souls genre.
