Greens leader Adam Bandt wants to cast himself as Robin Hood with a revamped set of policies to hike taxes for big business, miners and oil and gas projects.

Costings of the trio of taxes show they would raise $514 billion over the next decade, which the Greens want to spend on a multitude of priorities including free dental care, more housing and a boost to ******** payments.
