The sudden ****** of a Perth truck driver exposed to potentially deadly chemicals while at work is the subject of a two-pronged police and WorkSafe investigation.

The truckie — who The Wester *********** has chosen not to name — was found ***** in the cab of his truck on Friday, August 16, near the Wheatbelt town of Pithara, about 240km north of Perth.
