Daisy Pearce admits the pressure she places on herself is far greater than any external hype ahead of her highly-anticipated first game as West Coast AFLW coach.

Following an illustrious playing career, Pearce will officially begin her coaching tenure as the Eagles host Richmond at Mineral Resources Park on Friday night. The 36-year-old said the club was “ready to go”.
