National stockpile of portable camps assembled for wild weather disaster management

People whose homes are destroyed by floods or cyclones will be able to get into emergency accommodation faster with a national stockpile of portable camps ready to be shipped wherever needed.

The national emergency management stockpile now includes six camps of Humanihuts, enough to accommodate more than 700 community people or 1400 emergency workers during and after a crisis.
