JANESVILLE, Wis. (WFRV) – A southern Wisconsin man out on bond for a 5th OWI conviction, and court-ordered to maintain absolute sobriety, was pulled over and arrested for his 6th OWI offense on Thursday.

states that 44-year-old Joaquin Tomas Sipriano of Janesville was pulled over for speeding around 11:35 p.m. on August 22.

Sipriano reportedly did not have an ignition interlock device installed in his vehicle.

A blood sample was refused and a warrant for one was later granted. Sipriano reportedly ******* field sobriety tests and was taken to the Rock County Jail.
