Shinju Matsuri Chinatown Feast: a delicious array of multicultural Broome flavours

The vibrant colours and multicultural flavours of Broome took centre stage at the 2024 Shinju Matsuri Festival’s Chinatown Feast when an assortment of the town’s best food vans came together to offer patrons their finest dishes on Wednesday, August 21.

As the sun set and the Moon shone over Broome, Short Street in the heart of Chinatown was transformed into a lively hub of hawker-style dining.
