BGC to launch Federal Court action against Iplex over burst pipe saga

Construction giant BGC says it will launch a Federal Court action against manufacturer Iplex amid a bitter dispute about burst pipes in nearly 1,700 homes.

That comes just weeks after a class action was lodged against Iplex — owned by New Zealand’s Fletcher Building — by east coast law firm Baker McKenzie.
