Legendary Queensland and Storm captain Cameron Smith, along with his Australia, Maroons and Melbourne teammates Cooper Cronk, Billy Slater and Greg Inglis will all have their names forever etched in the game’s history. The quartet won tests for the Kangaroos, State of Origin titles and premierships as an awesome ********* with halfback Cronk playing in a staggering nine grand finals for Melbourne and the Sydney Roosters. Indigenous great Lionel Morgan joins legendary Balmain and NSW ******* Benny Elias, current Wests Tigers and Kiwis star Benji Marshall as well as South Sydney’s 2014 grand final hero Sam Burgess as inductees. Former Wests and Manly hardman Les Boyd, who played 17 tests for Australia, will also be inducted at the formal ceremony on Wednesday, August 21 at the SCG and ARLC Chairman Peter V’landys lauded the achievements of the star studded group. “What an amazing group of players,” he said. “All different, all deserving in their own right.
